With loads of great resources for runners and certainly worth a follow on Twitter is James Dunne @KineticRev. Here he shares some great pre and post run stretches for those of us who suffer from tight calf muscles after a run.

These stretches will certainly help, however it is worth remembering it is important to not just focus on the stretch, but try and make the calf muscles stronger on your days off.
