Yoga is a form of physical exercise that will have positive effects calming the body and mind, as well as alleviating stress and leaving you more relaxed and energised.
Physically, Yoga strengthens the body by developing greater flexibility and balance. It can give relief from numerous common ailments and allows stress to loosen its grip on us.
In this 1 hour long class, easy flowing movements are used to enhance joint mobility and encourage strength and flexibility in areas that may be weak, sore or tender due to chronic pain, working towards restoring the body’s natural balance, learning to unwind with gentle yoga postures, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
Classes are small in size and led by our yoga instructor Michelle Van Valey.
