WHO IS IT DESIGN FOR?

Functional Fitness classes are for men and women of all levels of fitness needing to improve function where strength, balance and endurance have been lost. Classes are tailored to suit the needs of the client as the class is carried out in stations.

Classes are small and tailored to meet the individual needs of the client.
