Exercising as you age – reap what you sow
January 13, 2015 12:43 pm A great graphic from a study by Wroblewski et al, published in The Physician and Sportsmedicine in 2011 shows us the importance of continuing to exercise as we get older. The study found that by maintaining our muscle mass we can reduce risks of falling, keep our independence and significantly decrease functional decline
