Massage Therapy

A universal treatment for stiff or sore muscles, lower back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and stress.

What is Massage Therapy?

Deep Tissue Massage
A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body.  It helps loosen muscle tissue, release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly.
Sports Massage
A special form of massage and it is typically used before, during and after athletic events.  The purpose is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to alleviate or reduce fatigue, to relieve swelling, to release muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.
Trigger Point Therapy
A bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.  Sometimes massage and trigger point therapy are performed together.  [ezcol_1half]
